Under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, 2000, Wilde Photography retains the copyright of all images made during your portrait sitting. It is a criminal offence to copy, screen grab, scan or reproduce photographs without written consent from Wilde Photography. 

Images made in photographic sessions may be used by Wilde Photography for display or marketing purposes. This could include social media, in our studio, marketing literature, or galleries on this website. This is for the purpose of promoting our photography so future clients can see the style of work we create. If you would prefer your child's images not to be displayed in this way please let us know in writing when you book your sitting.

We do not post images to social media as part of any package and the images we decide to share is at our discretion unless prior arrangements have been agreed.  

A €50 fee is payable when you book your session and this secures your session time and date. This fee is non-refundable. Your booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your photographic session, the balance of which is payable at your appointment. 

The use of video recording and mobile phone/cameras is not permitted during your photographic session. Parents are expected to keep children under control at ALL times when on the premises.

A consultation will be held prior to your shoot in order for us to provide you with the best possible service and to go through our price list in full.

By booking a photographic session at Wilde Photography you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions. We thank you for your understanding and respect.

Gift Vouchers: As of December 2nd 2019, all gift vouchers purchased will be valid for five years from date of purchase.  As of this date, we can only sell vouchers for sessions and not packages. You must present your voucher in person at the consultation. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
